二、下载与安装

Windows客户端

第一步：点击此处下载Teams Windows客户端。
第二步：下载完成后，点击文件开始安装，这个文件比较小，并且安装画面只有一个。
Mac客户端

第一步：点击此处下载Team Mac客户端。
第二步：打开下载好的安装文件，进行安装
第三步：选择安装用户，点击“继续”
第四步：选择安装路径
第五步：安装成功
安卓手机端

第一步：点击链接，华为应用市场中获取Teams客户端
第二步：点击下载并安装

三、登录
使用INTL ID登陆即刻开启Teams服务并在“团队”中查看自己的组，校区各部门均建立相应的Teams小组。
四、使用场景
Teams是校区的统一线上办公平台，使用INTL ID登录即可随时随地沟通，轻松实现即时通讯、群聊、视频会议、文档协同等。校区各部门都已在teams中建立部门团队，并使用频道、帖子等功能管理其文件、通知等相关工作。

1. Teams Introduction

2. Download and Installation

Step 1：Click here download Teams client for Windows.

Step2：The Client will be automatically installed in Windows system.
Step 1：Click here donwload Teams client.
Step 2：Open installation package. And keep continue.

Step3：After successfully installation, close the window.

Step 2：Click download and install it.

3. Login
Use INTL ID to login, You could find your department team on ”Group”.
4. Senario
Teams is campus officical online work platform.Teachers and students can communicate anytime and anywhere using real names in teams, such as instant messaging, group chat, video conference, files collaboration, etc.. Each department has established a team, and use channel to arrange files and notices.

校园服务站

为提升访客体验，进一步规范校园管理，加强校区安全，国际校区成立了访客中心，主要提供访客卡办理、访客咨询等相关服务。国际校区访客卡载体为浙江大学校园卡，含消费与门禁功能。

访客卡办理流程

各学院/部门填写访客卡申请表，校区相关部门审批后，至校园服务站统一申请办理（目前不接受个人申请）。办理后，访客可凭个人身份证到校园服务站领卡或对接学院/部门统一领取。访客卡工本费20元/张。

访客卡挂失/补卡

访客卡如遗失或被盗，持卡人应持有效身份证件到校园服务站办理挂失手续。挂失后，持卡人可同时申请补办，补办需收取20元工本费。

Campus service Hub

In order to to improve the visitor experience, standardize the campus management and strengthen the campus security, the Campus Visitor Center was set up which mainly provides visitor cards,consultation and so on.The carrier of the international campus visitor card is the campus card of Zhejiang University, including the functions of consumption and access control.

Visitor card processing process

All the unit/department should fill the application form of Visitor card, the campus service hub will make the card after get the approval(Individual application is not accepted). The visitor can go to the Campus Service Hub to get the card with a valid ID or the unit/department can get it. The cost of the visitor card is 20yuan/pc.

Report the loss/Replacement of the visitor card

If the visitor card is lost or stolen, the visitor can report the loss at the Campus Service Hub with a valid ID. And the visitor can apply for replacement at the same time which will cost 20yuan/pc.
