教室多媒体设备

国际校区的教室内配备了教学所需的一系列多媒体设备，包括嵌入式触摸屏、讲台PC、投影仪、麦克风和个人设备连接（BYOD）等。

ITS负责教室内多媒体系统的运维，并在需要时为老师提供多媒体协助。

会议室多媒体设备

校区公共会议室内配置了多种多媒体设备，适用于不同的会议场景。

ITS负责校区公共会议室多媒体系统的建设与运维，为校区各类会议和活动提供国际化、标准化的使用体验。以下表格总结了会议室内的标准化设备配置。

Classroom Multimedia Equipment

Classrooms on the International Campus are equipped with a variety of multimedia teaching tools, including embedded touch screen control panels, lecture podium PCs, projectors, microphones, and options for connecting personal devices (BYOD). 

This guide provides instructions on how to use these equipment and offers troubleshooting tips to common issues.

Meeting Room Multimedia Equipment

Public meeting rooms on campus are equipped with a variety of multimedia devices to accommodate diverse meeting needs. ITS is responsible for the development and maintenance of these systems, providing a standardized user experience.  The following table summarizes the standard equipment configurations.

The gymnasium is located on the north side of the campus, with basketball courts, volleyball courts, squash courts, training room, badminton courts, table tennis courts and other sport facilities. It is also equipped with a fitness center on the first floor and a 25-meter indoor heated swimming pool. 

Outdoor sports facilities include a standard track field, football training fields, basketball courts and tennis courts. 

Please refer to the table below for the opening hours of the gymnasium (opening hours during winter and summer vacation will be notified separately).

The unified booking platform iBooking is used to reserve shared space resources at international campuses. The main functional modules include tutor workshops, campus classroom, meeting room, and discussion room reservations, library equipment reservations, as well as conference and IT service reservations.

The service is available to full-time faculty and all students.

申请人可通过一网通办提交线上申请：

国际校区仪器设备入网服务

访问上方链接 — 登录INTL ID 账户 — 点击线上办理  — 填写完成申请表和责任书 — 

点击提交，等待审批。

注意事项

  1. 申请人为校区全职教职工。

  2. 如果您需要将已接入网络的设备移动到其他位置，请重新办理入网手续。请提前将

  设备移动至目标位置，并可通过拨打0571-87572114联系搬运服务。

  3. 入网的设备的安全管理（包括但不限于物理安全、网络安全）由所在单位负责。

   请确保设备在使用过程中遵循相关安全规定，并妥善保管设备，以确保数据和网络的安全性。

   如有任何安全问题或疑虑，建议及时联系所在单位，寻求专业的支持和建议。
