Dr Simon Hu is an Assistant Professor at the ZJU-UIUC Institute at Zhejiang University. He has a background in Civil Engineering and specialises in Transport and Environment Engineering. In 2006, he completed his Master degree in Transport and Sustainable Engineering from Imperial College London; he earned his PhD in Transport System Engineering in the same department in 2011. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Highways and Transport Engineering (CIHT) and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE).
胡隽，浙江大学ZJU-UIUC联合学院助理教授，具有博士生招生资格。博士毕业于英国帝国理工学院，加入浙大之前任英国帝国理工学院高级研究员。 其主要研究方向为交通网络和环境优化，汽车尾气排放因子分析和建模，网联自动驾驶等智能交通相关领域。发表论文和报告近40篇，SCI/SSCI论文10余篇。主持和参与的纵向科研项目（英国）6项（欧盟2项，英国4项），总经费约200多万英镑。
