Library Information Center obtained the ISO/IEC20000-1:2011 IT Service Management System Certificate (referred as ISO20000).ISO20000 is the first international IT service management standard. It is a significant indicator of the level of organization's operations and management.LIC's working concept is "opened, international, user-oriented".
