In order to to improve the visitor experience, standardize the campus management and strengthen the campus security, the Campus Visitor Center was set up which mainly provides visitor cards,consultation and so on.The carrier of the international campus visitor card is the campus card of Zhejiang University, including the functions of consumption and access control.

Visitor card processing process

All the unit/department should fill the application form of Visitor card, the campus service hub will make the card after get the approval(Individual application is not accepted). The visitor can go to the Campus Service Hub to get the card with a valid ID or the unit/department can get it. The cost of the visitor card is 20yuan/pc.

Report the loss/Replacement of the visitor card

If the visitor card is lost or stolen, the visitor can report the loss at the Campus Service Hub with a valid ID. And the visitor can apply for replacement at the same time which will cost 20yuan/pc.

ITS为支撑教学、研究与行政等工作提供了各类IT服务。当多个服务请求同时发生时可能会带来一些服务程序上的混乱。服务等级协议为我们提供了不同服务请求的优先级定义规则以及相应的响应时间目标与处理时间目标，从而规范了ITS受理服务的先后顺序与处理要求，提高工单的处理效率。

我们根据影响范围与紧急程度两个维度定义出四个优先级别，分别为重要级、高级、中级与低级。

影响范围的等级

-1-校区范围: 校区所有师生教职工受影响.

-2-大范围: 校区一个群体人员受到影响，如北教学楼A上课师生受影响。

-3-个别范围: 个别或少数人员工作学习受到影响，被迫停止当前工作。

-4-极小范围: 单个用户提出服务请求但是不影响其当前工作。

紧急程度的等级

-1-非常紧急: 阻碍用户正常工作，或者引起重要的校园安全问题。

-2-紧急: 直接影响教学、研究等工作的开展。

-3-较紧急: 由于其他设施设备故障而受到的影响，不直接影响教学、研究等工作。

-4-不紧急: 非紧急服务请求，没有规定完成期限。

Ø What Is AED

    Cardiac arrest is defined as the sudden stop of heartbeat caused by various reasons, because of which blood cannot be sent to the brain or other vital organs. If a patient is not effectively treated within 4 minutes, irreversible brain damage may lead to brain death in 10 minutes. Each year in China, more than 500,000 people die from cardiac arrest, which becomes the first cause of death, surpassing cancer and stroke. The age of onset is getting younger and younger. It is reported that the survival rate of Chinese patients with cardiac arrest is less than 1%, since most patients have been dead before arriving at the hospital or receiving effective treatment.

    Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is a smart portable emergency device that automatically recognizes ventricular fibrillation or pulseless ventricular tachycardia. It can automatically charge and terminate fatal arrhythmias by electric shock, thereby recovering the heartbeat to save lives.

Ø How to Use

    Once cardiac and respiratory arrest happens to a person in public, please immediately call 120 and perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and AED defibrillation, and seek advanced life support and comprehensive post-treatment for the patient.

Four Steps:

    Step 1: Turn on the green power switch of the machine, and then there will be text and voice prompts for the next operation;

    Step 2: Open the lid and remove the electrode pads. Let the patient lie on his back and paste the electrode piece as required. The “A” electrode piece is attached to the left chest of the patient to cover the apex. The “S” electrode piece is attached to the right scapular region of the patient or the sternal rim of the right clavicle. (The figures on the machine are for reference)

    Step 3: Press the yellow analysis button, the instrument will prompt “analysis” of the patient's heart rate to determine whether it is in ventricular fibrillation status or not;

    Step 4: If considering the patient in ventricular fibrillation status, the machine will prompt “now in ventricular fibrillation state” and automatic charging will be performed. At this time, the operator should avoid contacting with the patient. When the machine prompts “Charging is completed. Please do defibrillation.”, please press the green defibrillation button and the machine will automatically discharge for electric shock defibrillation.

     “eduroam City-Haining”（国际化无线城市项目）由浙江大学国际联合学院（海宁国际校区）与海宁华数广电网络有限公司共同打造，在CERNET（中国教育和科研计算机网）的大力支持下，项目将eduroam无线网络信号延伸到浙江省海宁市城市主要公共场所，旨在为生活学习在海宁市的eduroam联盟成员用户提供既便捷又免费的网络接入方式，创造移动学习的网络环境。

    “eduroam City-Haining”秉承了eduroam联盟所倡导的免费、自由、开放的理念，同时遵守《中华人民共和国网络安全法》等相关法律法规，通过portal二次验证的方式实现所有接入用户使用手机号码进行实名认证。

       浙江大学主校区以及海宁国际校区的校园网络都已经接入了eduroam，为国际化办学和国际学术交流营造了良好的网络环境。“eduroam City-Haining”项目的推出，使得海宁市成为中国大陆第一个在市区公共区域拥有eduroam网络信号覆盖的城市，为eduroam联盟成员用户在海宁的工作学习生活提供了无缝的网络环境，加速他们融入海宁，提升他们对海宁的认同，为海宁市建设国际化城市的提供重要的国际化网络环境。

附：关于“eduroam”和“eduroam City”的介绍

      “eduroam”是education roaming的缩写，是一种国际间可漫游的学术机构无线网络接入服务，为各个国家的教育科研网广泛采用。eduroam最早起源于欧洲，目前覆盖了89个国家和地区。对于学生、教师和科研人员来讲，如果所在学校/单位已经加入eduroam，那么他们可以非常容易地在其他支持eduroam的学校/单位使用Internet，不受国界限制，所使用的网络身份为其所在学校/单位的网络身份。

“eduroam City”将eduroam国际学术无线网络漫游服务拓展到城市公共无线服务，国外有很多城市正致力于这方面的探索，如英国伦敦、德国慕尼黑、奥地利维也纳、新西兰惠灵顿等。

        With the strong support of CERNET (Chinese Education and Research Network),‘eduroam City-Haining’（International Wireless City         Project）is co-constructed by Zhejiang University International Campus and Haining Waso Media network Co. Ltd. To better service the purpose that providing eduroam members a convenient and free way to connect network in Haining and creating a network environment for mobile learning, ‘eduroam City-Haining’ extends eduroam coverage to Haining main public places.

‘    eduroam City-Haining’ in accordance with the eduroam’s concept of no charge, freedom and openness, observed The Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant regulations. It used second time portal login mechanism let users use phone numbers to achieve real name login mechanism.

         Zhejiang University Main Campus and International Campus have already joined eduroam, providing network environment for international cooperation and academic communications. Through ‘eduroam City-Haining’, Haining become the first city equipped eduroam in public areas in mainland china.
