On January 8th, Professor Lim Teng Joon, Vice Dean of School of Engineering, and Professor James Goh, Head of Department of Biomedical Engineering, National University of Singapore, led a delegation to visit International Campus. They were accompanied by senior administrators of International Campus, College of Biomedical Engineering & Instrument Science, Department of Polymer Science and Engineering, Graduate School, and International College of Zhejiang University. Viewpoints on the current effort in disciplinary development and scientific research in biomedical engineering were exchanged. Further cooperation possibilities were discussed extensively and in-depth.

1月8日，新加坡国立大学工程学院副院长Lim Teng Joon与生物医学工程系主任James Goh一行到国际校区交流访问，国际校区、浙大生物医学工程与仪器科学学院、高分子材料系、学校研究生和国际教育等单位相关负责人会见了来宾。双方介绍了各自学校生物医学工程领域的学科建设与科研情况，并对下一步合作进行了深入讨论和交流。

On December 27th, Cheng Yuechong, Vice-governor of Zhejiang Province led a delegation to visit International Campus, accompanied by Professor Zou Xiaodong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang University.

2018年1月4日，《半月谈》刊文报道高校合作办学的浙大经验。“浙江大学近年来加快国际化步伐，在位于上海、杭州之间的海宁市建设国际校区(又称国际联合学院)，成功引进世界一流高等教育资源，开展深度合作。学界普遍认为，对外合作高水平办学的浙大经验，对国内一流大学如何实施“扎根中国大地，建设中国特色、世界一流大学”战略目标，具有启发和借鉴意义。”
