学生将从院长手中接过代表两校学生身份的浙江大学学生卡和爱丁堡大学学生卡，至此，2017级学生正式成为两校注册在籍学生。

Students will get the university cards from Zhejiang University and University of Edinburgh. This Matriculation confers their membership of both Zhejiang University and the University of Edinburgh, and marks that class of 2017 are the registered students.

1月21日，浙江大学将在海宁国际校区举办现场招生咨询会以及校园开放日活动，本次开放日为有意向报考浙江大学爱丁堡联合学院、浙江大学伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳香槟校区联合学院的高中学生及家长，提供高考报考专场咨询，同时也为学生与家长提供一个和浙江大学亲密接触的机会，提前了解大学生活，并解答考生和家长所关心的问题，为未来的择校提供宝贵的经验。
