Options and fees

1. Full-time Students of iZJU: Each academic year, full-time students enrolled in the international campus are provided with a print allowance of ¥100 (roughly equivalent to 666 pages of A4 black and white printing). This allowance expires on August 31st annually. If a student exceeds this limit, he or she will be responsible for paying the additional cost. The printing fees are deducted directly from the campus card accounts during the printing process.

2. Full-time Staff and Faculty of iZJU: There is currently no print quota limitation for full-time staff and faculty members. When using the self-service printing system, the associated costs are accumulated by the system based on the staff and faculty name list of Departments and Colleges. The campus conducts an annual fee settlement with each department or college based on the actual usage amount of the staff or faculty member. 

3. Part-time Staff and Faculty of iZJU: Self-service printing fees are borne by individuals (printing fees are deducted from their campus card accounts during printing processes). Departments or colleges may contact ITS as needed to grant individuals permission to be added to the department or college's name list of settlement. After being added, the printing expenses incurred by individuals will be borne by the relevant department or college, which will also include them in the annual settlement.

4. Students and Teachers of ZJU from Other Campuses: Students and teachers from other universities can also utilize the self-service printing system at the international campus. They should pay the printing fees according to standard rates.
