Howard H. Yang (S’13–M’17) received the B.E. degree in Communication Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China, in 2012, and the M.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Hong Kong, in 2013. He earned the Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering from Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), Singapore, in 2017.

杨浩博士，毕业于新加坡科技设计大学。主要研究方向为无线网络分析，边缘智能计算，智能物联网以及联邦学习。他于2012年获得哈尔滨工业大学学士学位，2013年硕士毕业于香港科技大学，并于2017年在新加坡科技设计大学取得博士学位（导师Prof. Tony Q. S. Quek）。2017-2020年就职新加坡科技设计大学从事博士后研究工作。在博士与博士后期间，他曾访问美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校（导师Prof. Jeffrey G. Andrews）以及普林斯顿大学（导师Prof. H. Vincent Poor），并长期与多所国际知名大学的研究者保持合作关系。曾获国际学术会议最佳论文奖2次、2015 IEEE Communication Letters优秀审稿人奖、2017 IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications优秀审稿人奖，并在IEEE ICC '19, IEEE WCNC '20, IEEE Globecom '20 等通信旗舰会议上进行Tutorial系列讲座报告。

Celebi博士是一名材料科学家，具有物理和机械工程背景。他分别在土耳其比尔肯特大学和美国麻省理工学院获得物理学学士和硕士学位。他于2014年在苏黎世联邦理工学院获得机械工程博士学位，他的毕业论文主要是研究穿透孔石墨烯膜。在完成博士学业后，Celebi博士最初在土耳其比尔肯特大学的材料科学系担任教职，随后在苏黎世联邦理工学院担任高级科学家。他的主要研究方向为纳米材料合成、超薄膜和功能涂层。作为PI，他获得了多项研究经费和奖学金，包括欧盟居里夫人奖学金。Celebi博士指导了十多名研究生，他的研究成果多次在著名的期刊上发表，如《科学》和《纳米快报》。

Dr. Celebi is a materials scientist, with a background in physics and mechanical engineering. He obtained his BS and MS degrees in physics from Bilkent University, Turkey and from MIT, USA, respectively. He received his PhD degree in mechanical engineering from ETH Zurich in 2014, where his thesis focused on through-pore graphene membranes. After his PhD study, Dr.
