On the afternoon of December 27th, 2018, the 2017-2018 academic year awards ceremony of ZJUI undergraduate was held in the multi-function hall of the international campus.

Kaiwen Hong, a sophomore mechanical engineering student of ZJUI, was invited to give a presentation at the 14th Asian Computer-Assisted Surgery Conference held in Shanghai Jiaotong University in November 2018, and published a paper "A Preliminary Design of a Robotic System for Kinaesthetic Training of Surgical Tasks".

2月17日下午，ZJUI首次助教培训营（TA Training Workshop）于教学楼A105讲堂顺利举行。ZJUI院长李尔平、副院长马皓，院长助理陆强出席会议。另有ZJUI教授、助教及行政等70余人参会。

我院17级机械工程专业洪凯文同学受邀于2018年11月在上海交通大学举行的第14届亚洲计算机辅助外科会议上做了报告。其发表论文的合作者为我院17级机械工程专业孙越和电子与计算机工程专业何嘉乐，指导老师为杨量景教授。

2019年1月8日上午，ZJUI召开2019年度第一次学术委员会会议暨第一次学位委员会会议。
