In September,1983, He was admitted to Zhejiang University, majored in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Radio Engineering Department. In July,1987,he graduated and got the Bachelor of engineering. He stayed at school as a tutor and have successively held the posts of tutor of the information science department, committee secretary of the department, deputy secretary of the party general branch, deputy secretary of Zhijiang College, deputy secretary of the school discipline inspection committee, director of school security, director of school’s human resource,etc. In March, 2005, he graduated as a Master of Technical Economy and Management. He was employed as the instructor in Oct, 1993 and associate professor in Dec, 1998. Since his stay at school, he has been working on higher education management,never ceased teaching students ideological and political theory course. Since 2011, he has been employed as a Faculty member of the ministry of ideological and political affairs (now the school of marxism). As an associate editor, he compiled the course of Computer law and took part in compiling the course of internet law. Based on experiences and previous research, he published papers about high education management in various journals.
