Cai Xiaowei, an associate professor and master tutor of School of Marxism in Zhejiang University of China. She earned her doctor of laws degree from Zhejiang University. She has presided over several provincial projects in philosophical and social science planning and projects of the Education Department, and published many papers in the national first level magazines and core journals.
Chen Xiaoying graduated from the law department of Peking University in 1991 with a master's degree. Now,she is a Teacher, associate professor and master tutor of Marx School of Zhejiang University.
