Oleksiy Penkov博士是ZJUI副教授。他于乌克兰国家技术大学“khpi”获得硕士和博士学位。2017年，他于乌克兰电物理学和辐射技术研究所固体物理学专业获得物理和数学博士学位。 此后，他赴韩国任博士后研究员。在加入ZJUI前，他任韩国延世大学纳米穿戴研究中心研究教授。

Prof. Oleksiy Penkov is an Associate Professor of ZJUI. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from the National Technical University “KhPI” (Ukraine). In 2007 he received his doctorate degree in physics and mathematics, with a specialty in solid state physics from the Institute of Electrophysics and Radiation Technologies, NAS of Ukraine. He worked in Korea, as a post-doc and research professor. Before joining ZJUI, he was a research professor in the Center for Nano-Wear at Yonsei University, Korea.
