Mobile users must modify their phone number in the myZJU system Change Password | International Campus Zhejiang University before logging into the new RVPN. The login process will not redirect you to the phone number maintenance page. Once modified, you can start using the software.
After successfully updating your phone number in the myZJU system, please wait approximately 3 minutes for data synchronization to complete. After the system refreshes, you can normally use the new RVPN service.
Currently, only mainland China +86 phone numbers are supported for binding. International phone numbers are temporarily unavailable.
