Helpdesk will be moved to library

Dear all,

To provide better services for teachers and students. IT Helpdesk will be moved to the 1^st floor of library on April 1^st. You could find it on your left hand when entering library’s main entrance. In addition, our 24-hour Hotline is still 87572669.

IT Helpdesk will provide in-person technical support for Campus IT-related services. It is a drop-in service rather than requiring a booking.
