Mark Lawson holds Masters degrees in linguistics (University College London) and technology-enhanced learning(University of Lancaster), a BA in literature, film, and drama from the University of Reading, and the Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA). He has significant experience in materials development, educational technology, and examining and teaching for the IELTS examination.

Robert Holmes gained his MA (with merit) in English language teaching with applied linguistics from Kings College London, and his BSc in forensic science with psychology from London South Bank University, and holds the Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA). His Masters dissertation focused on content- and project-based materials development for EAP.

Robert Holmes在伦敦国王学院获得应用语言学专业的英语教学硕士学位(成绩优异)，在伦敦南岸大学获得心理学和法医学专业的理学学士学位，并持有英国剑桥大学成人英语教学证书(CELTA)。他的硕士论文专注于EAP的内容和基于项目的教材开发。Rob曾在西交利物浦大学、华东政法大学及英国和韩国的其他高校任教。他对特定学术目的的英语课程设计和教学有浓厚兴趣。

Ricky Jeffrey studied his BA in analytic philosophy at the University of Cambridge, focusing on philosophy of science and philosophy of language, and his doctorate in education at the School of Education, University of Nottingham. He holds the Certificate and Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults (Cambridge CELTA and DELTA). Ricky has previously taught at Tsinghua University, the University of Warwick, Northeast Normal University, and the University of Nottingham’s Ningbo, China campus. ZJU’s is the fifth Sino-foreign joint program he has worked on.

Ricky Jeffrey本科毕业于剑桥大学，获分析哲学学士学位，主要研究科学哲学和语言哲学；博士毕业于诺丁汉大学教育学院，拥有成人英语教学的证书和文凭(剑桥CELTA和DELTA)。Ricky  Jeffrey曾先后在清华大学、华威大学（英国）、东北师范大学和宁波诺丁汉大学任教，浙江大学是他工作的第五个中外合作办学单位。Ricky有丰富的学术英语测试工作经验，也是宁波诺丁汉大学学术英语部门测试团队的创始成员之一。他曾多次在教育和应用语言学领域学术期刊上发表研究论文。他的博士论文关注于教育测试的实践性研究，包括中国和英国高中毕业测试设计的实证研究，雅思和托福英语考试中的考生态度研究，以及如何在评分量表开发中运用教师对学生的反馈意见。基于他在后一项学术研究中的出色表现，Ricky获得了2015年英国文化协会测试创新奖。除了英语学术研究外，Ricky还开设跨国比较教育和英语教师培训课程。Ricky精通汉语口语，也是Center  for Open Science的志愿“大使”。
