Users accessing the internet through the Zhejiang University campus computer network and campus network accounts must carefully read this Security Responsibility Agreement and comply with its provisions.


1. Comply with the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems” and other relevant national laws and regulations.

2. Strictly implement security and confidentiality systems. Do not use the internet to engage in activities that endanger national security, leak state secrets, or commit other illegal activities. Do not produce, view, copy, or disseminate information that disrupts social order or contains obscene and pornographic content. If such information is found, there is an obligation to report it to the relevant authorities.

3. Ensure that the campus network account is not used for commercial purposes or to illegally profit from it.

4. Consciously comply with the school’s policies regarding internet access fees and actively pay the relevant charges.

5. Ensure proper safekeeping of the applied account and password and assume all responsibilities arising from the use of the account.

6. Comply with the supervision and inspection of the network by relevant school departments and actively cooperate with the necessary measures taken by the school.

7. Violations of this Responsibility Agreement, in conjunction with other relevant laws and administrative regulations, will be subject to penalties up to and including legal responsibility.
