Yao Mingming, born in February 1985, PhD, lecturer. She earned her  PhD degree in school of Management of Zhejiang University,
Joint Ph.D. of Zhejiang University and Cambridge University

She used to be the Presiding Chairman of  All China Students' Federation, the Chairman of Student Union of Zhejiang University, the Deputy Secretary of Youth League Committee of Zhejiang University.
