Dear all graduates,

Time flies! Congratulations that you are about to graduate and embrace a bright future. As for the accommodation at Residential College before you leave campus, here are the detailed arrangements:

1. Please complete check-out procedures before the deadline of leaving the campus specified by the campus (July 12, 2018).

2. In consideration of international students’ special condition (possibly no accommodation in China), your accommodation at Residential College could be extended to two weeks later after you finish your procedure of leaving the campus (check-out before July 26, 2018).

3. Those graduates who need to extend the accommodation should register at Reception Desk before July 12, and pay RMB200 as deposit which will be returned when checking-out, unless there’s any facilities damaged or electricity fees exceeded.
