A visit about the History Museum of ZJU& A welcome Ceremony of the University

Students of ZJUE &ZJUI will have a visiting about the History Museum of ZJU in Zijingang Campus on Sept 11th. Students will experience the History Museum of ZJU with a trained guide who will give detailed verbal descriptions of the history of Zhejiang University. Please assemble at the gate of Residential College at 14:00pm.

书院活动室预订及管理办法
  1. 书院内有不同类型的活动室，包括健身房、形体房、乐队室、琴房、音乐教室、桌游室、电玩室、电子竞技室、讨论室、创作类活动室、小球活动室等。活动室免费对本书院学生开放。
  2. 活动室的借用实行预约制（除健身房、阅览室外），未经预订，谢绝使用。对热门活动室会相应限定预订次数及时间。
  3. 请登录书院网站或者微信公众号查看活动室的空闲时间，进行预约，查询预约结果。
  4. 预约成功后，管理系统会自动给予申请人相应活动室的门禁授权。
  5. 活动取消须及时退订以方便其他人的使用。若不及时取消，将被限制预订资格。
  6. 使用者应考虑自身的身体状况，注意人身以及个人财产安全，注意用电安全，严防触电、火灾等事故发生，非因设施设备原因造成的任何损伤和后果，书院对此不承担法律责任。
  7. 禁止在活动室内从事违反国家法律、国际校区及书院管理规定，以及违背道德的行为。
  8. 爱护活动室内的设施配件，规范使用，不得擅自拆除、搬移或带出，如有因不当使用造成损坏的，当照价赔偿。
  9. 活动室使用完毕，请整理好公共用品，家具设备恢复原位置，离开时应将私人物品或垃圾带走。
  10. 申请者应准时归还活动室，预计会超时须重新预约。而该活动室后续已被预订，将不接受续订。
  11. 对于违反规定的申请者，书院将限制其日后的预订申请。
