On May 4, 1919, patriotic young students in Beijing fight for freedom and democracy for China. The May Fourth Movement began since then. Today, ninety-nine years later, we recalled the glorious history of the China Youth Movement in the past 100 years and inherited the spirit of the elder generation. On May 4, 2018, the International Campus of Zhejiang University launched a series of activities of “welcome May Fourth Youth Day and show youthfulness”. Haining’s students demonstrated their vigor and determination.

5月2日，在春日的习风中，中外学生、教职工与校外的民乐爱好者纷纷齐聚书院多功能厅。随着一首慷慨激昂的古筝曲合奏《战台风》，台下观众们的热情被瞬间点燃，国际校区书院第二届“风雅东方”中国传统民族乐器音乐欣赏会由此正式拉开帷幕。​

为加强校区学生宣传团队对运营新媒体的认知，提升新闻采编和后期制作的宣传技能，国际校区学生宣传团队第一期宣传技能培训于4月27日举行。浙江大学党委宣传部新媒体平台指导老师周亦颖和浙江大学数学科学学院硕士研究生宋胜重分别带来题为“如何玩转新媒体”和“focusky的入门与实战技巧”两场实战培训。

After audition and semi-final, on the evening of April 21, the final of the First Singing Competition of International Campus Zhejiang University was successfully held in Bell Tower Square. Through earlier competitions, six excellent singers stood out from the crowd and finally stepped on the stage to give us amazing performances. With warm wind blowing from the lake, their voices reverberated through the whole campus and made the competition a real success.

4月21日，国际校区首届国际文化节在海宁国际校区钟楼广场前拉开帷幕。校区内来自四十六个不同国家和地区的学生们穿上独具特色的服装，以各异的方式展开一卷卷独一无二的瑰丽文化画幅。不同的身份，不同的肤色，在同一个浙大，同一个校区，共享多元的文化，碰撞出新的声音。
