6月7日,浙江大学国际联合学院(海宁国际校区)校园公共服务满意度调查反馈座谈会在校区教工俱乐部举行。公共服务咨询委员会成员、师生代表、行政部门和后勤服务单位代表共60余人参加了座谈会。
委员会主任、浙江大学爱丁堡大学联合学院副教授谢昕首先介绍了公共服务咨询委员会职责及成员,并简要通报了前期开展的2020年度校区公共服务满意度调查情况。
总务部、图书信息中心和后勤支撑单位就各自工作职能及本次调查中呈现问题进行报告、回应和答疑。
中外参会师生围绕校区公共服务展开热烈讨论,踊跃发言,纷纷为提升校区公共服务品质出谋献策。
通过本次座谈会,国际校区师生与校园服务单位的沟通机制得到了进一步探索,中外师生参与校园治理的主动性和创造性也得到了激发,making our international campus a better place for everyone。
浙江大学国际联合学院公共服务咨询委员会是2020年经国际校区党委批准设立,旨在探索国际化办学背景下中外师生民主参与校园公共服务治理的有效途径,委员会由教师、学生和管理支撑人员代表组成,代表师生对校园公共服务开展民主监督、民主评议。委员会于1月专项组织开展了校园服务满意度调查,涵盖餐饮、信息网络、班车、后勤支撑等公共服务内容,受到了中外师生积极响应,共收到师生反馈调查问卷443份,意见建议674条。初步建立了校园公共服务考核评价体系。

“校区师生经常饮用直饮水,尤其是外籍教职工,我们想确保直饮水的干净和卫生,希望校区定期公布直饮水检测报告。”
“More emergency training and simulations should be provided. In a fire emergency simulation at ZJUI a couple of months ago, I saw that some students ignored and stayed in the room as they didn’t think it is an alarm.”
“The variety of food especially the second floor is always the same. Since we go to the canteen every day, we would like to have more choices.”
“Some teachers might extend the class, they find no halal food available after 18:30. so they want to extend the service time of halal food to 19:00.”

“The meeting was very useful for me and the other foreign faculty. For the first time we had an opportunity to gather together and discuss campus issues face-to-face with people responsible for running the campus service. We were able to provide our suggestions and also received valuable information regarding the current status and planned improvements of the various campus services.
