Chen feng, a native of hangzhou, zhejiang province, is an associate professor at zhejiang university's small ball center. He was the director of the office of zhejiang agricultural university, the deputy director of the venue center of zhejiang university, the secretary of the second branch of zhejiang university, and the director of the small ball center of zhejiang university.

He is also the director of zhejiang lifesaving association and deputy secretary general of hangzhou water lifesaving association.
