Changes to Microsoft OneDrive Storage Limits

Dear all,

Due to policy changes in Microsoft 365 Education storage services, the OneDrive storage quota has been significantly reduced for educational institutions worldwide, including our international campus, with the total storage capacity limited to under 100TB. Starting this month, we are adjusting the OneDrive storage space for all faculty, staff, and students on campus, as follows:

•      The original 5TB storage space has been reduced to 1TB;

•      The original 100GB storage space remains unchanged.

Please review your storage usage regularly. If your storage space is running low, please back up or transfer important files in time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this adjustment.
