Application and Notes for Zhejiang University International Campus Public Email
The Instrument and Equipment Network Service for International Campus Teaching and Research is provided by the Campus Support
and Security Department. Here are the details:
1. Public email refers to the email accounts established by various departments of the university for work purposes. Public email accounts
are strictly for sending and receiving official information and must not be used for personal purposes.
2. The account and password for public email are kept by the full-time staff of the university to prevent leakage. Each department is
responsible for reviewing the content of the emails they send.
3. Processing time:
It takes 3 working days after approval.
4. Application method:
Departments that need to apply for a public email account can apply online through the official application platform.

5. Login method for public email:
Open and use shared mailboxes in Outlook client - Office Support
Open and use shared mailboxes in Outlook web version - Office Support
6. Public email administrator change:
The applying unit (college-level) should download the following form:
"International Campus Public Email Application Form"
This form supersedes the previous application form. Please fill out the complete form, have it signed and stamped by
the responsible person of the organization, and then send the scanned copy to itservices@intl.zju.edu.cn.
