To enhance the online teaching and learning experience, the WebEx platform has been upgraded. After the upgrade, the quality of international video reception will be improved, and automatic English subtitles can be added, etc.
Precautions:
1. After the upgrade, the domain name of the WebEx site is “zju.webex.com”.
2. The original site domain name “zjuintl.webex.com.cn” will be stopped at 24:00 on January 10, 2021.
3. Please download and back up the video content stored in the WebEx cloud of the original site in time.
4. There will be some changes of using upgraded WebEx platform. Please check upgrade guide and new guide about WebEx on ITS website in time.
