When student post a message, he/she will receive the error message like the picture1.

It was caused by system bugs and the new major version of blackboard has resolved this display issues. However, upgrade to new version requires considerable test before we can conduct the upgrade. Over 100 plugins needs to be tested since the China network restriction, and the downtime(data migration) will be over 7 days. As an alternative solution, please to consider the temporary solution(see picture 2).
