Dear residential students,

 

The relocation of some residential students from Residential College No.1 to Residential College No.2 has accomplished successfully on 8th September. There are a few residential students coming up with the intention of accommodation adjustment between residential colleges after that. According to Provisions of Accommodation Adjustment between Residential Colleges International Campus Zhejiang University (Interim), the related issues are notified as follows.

 

  1. Requirement: Residential students who has lived in Residential College for over an academic year can apply.

  2. How to apply: Download Application for Accommodation Adjustment between residential colleges International Campus Zhejiang University and fill it out. Upon approval from original and new residential colleges, residential students shall adjust accommodation according to the following procedures. The details can be referred to Provisions of Accommodation Adjustment between Residential Colleges International Campus Zhejiang University (Interim).

  3. Application and relocation time: Considering that Residential College No.2 is newly open in August, the deadline of application is September 30, 2019，deadline of relocation is October 14,2019.

  4. Check out procedures: Cancelation of access permissions of original Residential College, recheck of furniture and facilities and payment of accommodation related fees need to be accomplished in order at Reception Desk of original Residential College. Please take all your belongings out of the original room and leave out the vacuum bottle, AC remote control and other public properties. The room needs to be restored to its original condition.

  5. Check in procedures: Verification of identity information, configuration of access permissions of new Residential College, confirmation of furniture and facilities and signing housing contracts need to be accomplished in order at Reception Desk of new Residential College.

  6. Policies and regulations of residential colleges are uploaded on Residential College official website. In order to fully understand accommodation policies of residential colleges, please read them carefully.
