Cai Xiaowei, an associate professor and master tutor of School of Marxism in Zhejiang University of China.  She earned her doctor of laws degree from Zhejiang University. She has presided over several provincial projects in philosophical and social science planning and projects of the Education Department, and published many papers in the national first level magazines and core journals. She mainly engages in research on ideological and political education, Marxism in China and the basic theory of law.
