Dear All,
In order to further progress our support to the academic cooperation within joint institutes, ITS intend to migrate current office365 platform from local version (operated by 21 Vianet in China) to Global version.
As a result, staff and students can fully utilize the cooperation function such as documents sharing with foreign coworkers, Class Notebook, Microsoft Teams and so forth
The migration will be conducted on 5 July from 5 pm to 8 am on 6 July, personal data(email content, data in OneDrive) will also be migrated without user involved.
Please pay attention below:
•In order to avoid unexpected situation, you are encouraged to export you data(content in the email, data in OneDrive, OneNote) to local computer for backup purpose.
•Do not use the service during the migrating period(5pm 5 July to 8am 6 July).
•After the migration complete(8am 6 July), you can resume to use the office365 service by visit http://office365.intl.zju.edu.cn.
•If you need to change your password, please to login http://password.intl.zju.edu.cn. Changing your password at office 365 webpage will cause the failure of password synchronization .
