Recently, International Center of Zhejiang Intellectual Property Trading Center, which was jointly founded by the International Campus, Zhejiang University, was awarded as the International Science and Technology Cooperation Base by the Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province, becoming the first provincial-level international science and technology cooperation base of Haining.

On December 18, the Seminar on the Construction of the Micro-Nano Public Platform on International Campus of Zhejiang University was held at No.2 Hall, Qiushi College.

Organized by the Office of Scientific Research and Technology Transfer, the Seminar invited Professor Mark J. McCollum, director of the UIUC Micro-Nano Public platform, and representatives from the School of Information and Electronics, ZJUI, ZJE, along with the design and construction companies to attend.

Recently, the Academician Workstation declared by Zhejiang University International Joint Innovation Center was approved and awarded by Jiaxing Science and Technology Association, becoming the first overseas academician workstation in Haining City.

On December 5, the Seminar on Research Achievements of Zhejiang University - CyberVein Joint Lab was held on International Campus of Zhejiang University. The seminar focused on distributed storage, cross-chain technology, federated learning and other topics. Experts, scholars and technical leaders from Zhejiang University, China Electronics Society and more than ten block chain enterprises across the country attended the seminar.

The first lecture on intellectual property rights was held on International Campus on May 9. Qiu Qiwang, Head of Qiushi Patent Office, delivered a speech patent application process and patent subsidy and reward policy of Zhejiang University to the teachers from ZJE and ZJUI at the invitation of the office of scientific research and technology transfer. 

In order to improve the scientific research process management, the Office of Scientific Research and Technology Transfer held the third scientific research training on June 5 2019, following the January’s National Natural Science Foundation training and the May’s patent application training. Several professors and research assistants from ZJE and ZJUI attended this training. 

The 7th Juanhu Lake Salon was held on the International Campus of Zhejiang University on October 25. Joe ng, the planning editor of CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS, delivered a lecture entitled "how to publish papers and monographs - CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS has an appointment with you" to the teachers and students of the international campus.

The 5th Juanhu Lake Salon was held on International campus of Zhejiang University on Sep 27. Two librarians from the library of zhejiang university and the library of the international campus brought lectures on check and search, scientific and technological innovation and patent information. helping international campus scientific research and innovation. More than ten teachers and students from ZJE and ZJUI attended the salon.

The 4th Juanhu Lake Salon was held on the International campus of Zhejiang University on June 10th.This session of salon takes artificial intelligence as the theme.
