12月31日上午，在浙江大学举行的第八届全国高校辅导员素质能力大赛落下帷幕，浙江大学国际联合学院（海宁国际校区）辅导员吴行在全国各大高校选送的选手中脱颖而出，获得一等奖！这是浙江大学选送的辅导员首次获得该项荣誉。

全国高校辅导员素质能力大赛由教育部思想政治工作司主办，自2018年起每两年举行一次。在为期两天的比赛中，他经过理论笔试，案例分析，谈心谈话等三个环节的激烈角逐，以深厚的理论功底、扎实的业务能力和稳定的现场发挥，获得在场专家、评委和观赛区观众的一致好评和肯定，最终获得决赛一等奖的好成绩。
